My name is Betsy Blanchard and I am your guide to better feeling. I am a former college athlete and current student of sports nutrition. During my time as a collegiate student-athlete, I noticed the lack of nutrition education amongst my teammates and the consequences it caused. From unhealthy eating habits to poor self-image, most of my teammates, including myself at one point, developed an unbalanced mind. Food and our relationship with it can have the power to alter our view of who we see ourselves as. My job is to help you use that power in the best way possible. From recipes to healthy habits, I want to share with you what I know best.
